Home>Khaleej Times partners with Career Launcher
'Education Times' launched in the UAE

May 14th, 2003, saw the beginning of a new era in education in the Middle East. Khaleej Times, the leading english language daily in the Middle East, published from the UAE, launches an education supplement "EDUCATION TIMES",the first of its kind in the entire region. Career Launcher is proud to partner Khaleej Times in bringing out this education supplement, by providing the complete content and design. In addition to this montly education supplement, Career Launcher will also contribute a weekly Q&A column on education and careers that will be part of the classifieds supplement of Khaleej Times. Career Launcher and Khaleej Times, are looking forward to contributing immensely to the education community of the region for a long time to come.

In India, over the years, Career Launcher has been at the forefront to reach out to the education community - schools, teachers, students and parents in every possible manner. In our endeavour to help students realise their dreams, we have not only been interacting with them directly, but have also partnered with the leaders in media. We have contributed regular columns in leading dailies - The Times of India, The Hindustan Times, The Indian Express, Financial Times etc., in addition to the regional language dailies across the country. Our regular career events calendar around the country, with each of these dailies have helped the students chart out their careers.

Career Launcher has been partnering every year with leading industrial bodies like Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for their annual education events "Alternatives" and also "Education India" of the Federation of Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). In these events, we have taken the responsibility of organising all career seminars for students; to enable them to understand the intricacies of a particular career choice; to interact with achievers in those careers, thereby to make informed decisions.

Career Launcher has been reaching out to the students in the Middle East with its academic support product, Compassbox.com, that supports CBSE curriculum for classes 8-12. In Qatar, through the column "Career Pathfinder" in Gulf Times, in the last two years, we have been able to contribute to thousands in realising their dreams.

Career Launcher is keen on making a difference to students in the Middle East, in the very same way as we reach out to our students in India. The journey has just begun.
