In the unlikely case of dissatisfaction with our service, you need to inform us about the same. The process of canceling the credit card charge is very simple. Just login to the site with your username and password. Fill the small form for cancellation of the service and your credit card charge will be cancelled/ reversed. Your account will be active for the specified number of hours or the corresponding amount of time whichever is exhausted earlier. You can ask as many questions as you want in the 20 minutes session. You will be logged out of the session after 20 minutes. This is only done to ensure that the teachers get appropriate breaks. You can always logon again, if you want more time. Our teachers are trained to satisfy your queries within 20 minutes. But they are also considerate about the continuity of a session. So if the question requires a few more minutes in the same session, they will continue. The effort of our teachers is always to make you understand the concepts and not give out straight answers.
